I recently came across a very cool look at Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) from the Sydney, Australia Helicopter Emergency Medicine Services (HEMS) gang. Not only do they have a very nice video but their protocol and manual are quite detailed, very sensible and obviously polished. Clearly this is written from a pre-hospital and retrieval medicine point of view.
