		<description><![CDATA[We were on those pinkish malaria pills all throughout our travels to Africa-- I believe it was quionine.  In addition we slept in most hotels under mosquito nets, but after reading this post we had no idea the staggering problem it really is.  Perhaps we are glad we didn&#039;t read it prior or we may never of gone. 1 in 17 that get a disease due to mosquito bite will die?  That is an overwhelming statistic!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m going to china in 3 weeks and am getting concerned as i attract mosquitos so well, my friends call me the &#039;sacrificial anode&#039; of the group....no one gets bitten if i&#039;m around, yet i&#039;ll have 3 - 12 bites!  Is there anything that i can take orally to prevent bites???

the  deet sprays don&#039;t seem to work very well for me.
